RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- You must have 2 Valid pieces of photo ID.
- You must have a valid proof of insurance, and the insurance beneficiary must be
VidCom Communications Ltd.
Please check with VidCom for exact replacement value. Any equipment damaged, lost or stolen is the responsibility of the client. All clients must present picture ID upon pick up. Credit Card Pre Authorizations for replacement of equipment under $10,000 may be arranged in lieu of insurance. For equipment valued over $10,000 proof of insurance is required. - You must have a valid Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, even if you are not using it to pay. We accept Cash, Certified Cheques, Visa or Mastercard. All payments must be made in advance, unless an account has been setup beforehand with VIDCOM.
Pick up/drop off
Pick up:
Normal pick up time for all equipment is the day before rental at or after 3:00PM (1500hr) local time. Special arrangements can be made ahead of time under certain circumstances.
Drop off:
Normal drop off is the day after the rental period at or BEFORE 10:00AM (1000hr) local time. NOTE: Equipment returned after 10:00AM (1000hr) local time, is subject to 1 full day extra rental charge, unless written and approved by a VIDCOM agent.
